i’m 15 years old, 5 foot 11 and a half, 230 pounds.
i’m pretty athletic, but i’m also pretty fat. i kinda eat a lot.
i’m planning to work out and get in shape this summer, so i was wondering, how i should get rid of my man boobs.

Eat less or simply eat healthier
And for the man boobs push ups and bench presses are your best bet
stop chugging down food and go to the damn gym 4 days a week, and do some magor sit ups and push ups, not to make you feel bad but you dont want to have them forever, so get your fat azz up tomorrow and go to the gym,……..or plastic surgeon

try to burn more carbs then you take in – my sis lost 130 lbs on weight watchers you eat what you want i think they go on a point system and i believe they have meetings to help yah out. Good luck to yah!

If you have a weight bench at your school, or at your house, spread your arms further away from each other, it will be a little harder, but it will work your pecs, and get rid of the boobies!

Try working on upper body strength for example, wall push ups those are the easiest then move to girl pushups -or ones you do on knees- then move to regular ones. You can also buy an exercise machine. Running will also help do some cardio activites. Now, go on a diet go online and get a food pyramid so you can see what you need to eat to stay fit.

I would try the Paleo Diet. You can read about it online if you search for it. The way it works is you can only eat what would have been available to a cave man.
