What Excercise Gets Rid of Man Boobs?

I know I should loose weight but I have so- called man boobs.What excercise should help with those.Pushups?

    im no expert… but i always thought the mantitty was an all over kind of deal. sort of like how a chubby girl can’t loose weight in just her stomach. spot toning doesn’t work. Gotta go with the whole deal. the mantitty however, can be more dominant in some that others. some chubby men have just a little pec chub, and some pretty average guys have more than average mantitty. I’m not sure why this is. Eat right, and do regular exercise. best thing you can do honestly, is start walking. move from walking to jogging, build up the distance a little… Jogging tones your WHOLE body.

    Pushups, Bench Press. Also, do some exercise for your core. This is the most important part of your body to exercise.

    Push ups, chest presses, flys–work on a variety of angles on your chest should make them less noticeable. Losing body fat will reduce them but really there is not much else you can do. Don’t drink any milk that has Bovine Growth Hormone–it is believed that will contribute to man-boobs. If you think you may have gynecomastia, see a doctor. The cause might be glandular or hormonal.

    Yeah push-ups should help but what you really should do is peck excercises. Try this; lay belly up on the ground then bend your amrs to make your fist right infront of your face. Get some weights in your hands and slowly drop your amrs to the ground. Hint: Your wrists and elbows should touch the ground at the same time. Good luck because they hurt!!!!!!

    Actually I think the best is the butterfly, but at home you can lower yourself up and down and use your arms to support your own weight – like between parallel bars or 2 heavy chairs. A good amount of those a day will lose the man-boobs.

    Cardio exercises. Man boobs are just excess fat pooling around the pectoralis muscles (chest muscles). Cardio exercise will help resolve some of that along with some strength training too. Pushups, incline chest presses, bench press, cable flyes are all good to work the chest.

    Just hit the gym man, thats what i did and now mine are gone. As many pushups as you can +1 more. No fatty foods, excersize lots. and dont be a lazy ass or theyll never go away

    push ups make your breast mucles BIGGER…
    so your man boobs will look BIGGER!
    losing weight is the key.

    Back excercises (lat pulls, rows), Core exercises (ab crunches), and good old fashioned pushups.

    if you can’t lose them by losing weight, then you need plastic surgery.

    Pushups will do it, weights, anything that works on the pectoral muscles.
