Gynecomastia is a very common condition found in teenage males. It’s when breast tissue forms under the nipple. The nipple will most likely stick out and look "puffy." In most cases, it will go way in about a year. Some just need to lose weight in order to lose the "man boobs." But in other cases, surgery is needed to remove the excess breast tissue. If your nipple problem is still bothersome in 2 years, I would seek medical advice. Just remember, alot of strange things occur during puberty and most, if not all, of it is happening in other teenage males.

No, it’s just puberty! The hormones make your breast tissue swell. It will go down as you get older.

It’s just puberty! Your hormones get all crazy and it may seem like you are growing breasts, but chances are you aren’t. Just wait it out and you will probably have a pretty normal chest.
