Actually we should have more breast reduction surgery for the fat men who have man boobs. The female population is suffering by seeing men who need a bra.

From what I have heard, there are some women that complain about the size of their breast. I have heard the argument (from some women) that the bigger their breast the more back pain it can cause. I don’t know how accurate that is for women, but I have heard that argument. If that is true, I don’t really have an opinion on the surgery for it. If it causes problems such as health problems then its up to the individual. Whether or not men like it, that is another story.
No and you only have to look at Michael Moore to become a believer in man boob breast reduction.

My friend naturally had E’s and shes like 120 lbs and it gave her back problems so she had to otherwise her back would be screwed and she would have to wear a brace. I think smaller boobs sounds sexier than a metal contraption strapped to you back. Besides breasts dont make your pretty your personality does =] Some of the prettiest people in the world have small to average breasts

Well, just as some girls feel insecure about being "small", some women feel insecure about having large breasts. Plus when you get older your back will hurt like crazy from lugging those things around. Yes, large breasts are considered beautiful, but it’s harder to shop for a larger cup and it’s really irritating to go absolutely everywhere having guys stare at your boobs, even when their hidden under an unrevealing sweater.

Ask women about their back problems from having to haul those things around all day every day for years and years.
There is a ratio of boob to body size that looks good and beyond that they are not so attractive. However the larger boobs do look ever so good when they are properly cared for, nurtured, fed well and exercised and within the proper limit and ratio. Hangers will just about make someone puke while those proud puff daddies can make someone beg. I love to see a caring woman who knows what is what.
