Risk and Difficulty Level, for the Surgeon, of Breast Reduction/gynecomastia Surgery vs. Other Types?

This question is for anyone with knowledge in the field whether a plastic surgeon or not:
There are many kinds of plastic breast surgery.
Is men breast reduction surgery (to treat gynecomastia) a relatively simple one compared to other breast surgeries types or not?
I am asking because gynecomsatia often involves removing granular breast tissue and lipo and breast enlargement for example is different.
What takes longer for the surgeon what is more risky? which surgery is easier for the surgeon to perform well – reduce breast size or enlarge?
