Questions About Testicular Cancer/male Breast Cancer?
im 16 years old, and for about 1-2 years lately ive had a lump under my left nipple and its grown.. I thought I might look into it online and ive come across three different things- Male breast cancer, gynecomastia, or testicular cancer.. It hurts to touch it, alot.. Even sometimes when im wearing shirts an it rubs against it, it hurts.. Could it be male breast cancer? I also heard a lot of teen boys get gynecomastia when going threw puberty and it could be normal.. But on the other hand, I read if you have gynecomastia it could be a symptom of testicular cancer, which also makes me nervous because lately ive had pain in my left testical/lower stomach area, and it also urns sometimes when i pee.. Could anyone help me out on what they think this is? I dont want to make a big deal by going to the doctors right away if its nothing serious, so I figured id get other peoples opinions before i do anything. Thanks so much for the help.
I also should add I pee ALOT . I do almost over 10 times a day… I dont know if thats a factor in any of this, but ive heard it could be..

I think you should definitely go to the doctor. I don’t know that it necessarily points to testicular cancer because there’s other things that it could be. The pain and peeing a lot and the lump isn’t normal so you certainly need to be checked out by a doctor.
