biologically speaking a trans person is intersex (as their physiology is one sex while their brains are atypical for a person of said sex).
Genetically, it may be more complex. Though most MtF people have one X and one Y per cell, just like any other genetic male.

@Ironzealot7531 I’m just saying out of respect, on a SOCIAL level trans people should be treated as their inward gender/sex, and refered to as pronouns that coincide to their inward gender. I’m glad more and more people are starting to see it this way, most of my true friends say it would feel WEIRD to refer to me as a “he” or by male pronouns or names. And tell me refering to me as a “she” and girl just seems natural, and thats as it should be.
