I'm a 15 Year Old Male, and I'm About 5'6 and Weigh 185?

I been having man boobs since sixth grade, now I’m a freshmen and the teasing is getting worse.

What can i do to loose weight.

I don’t know if it just fat or gynecomastia.

Help me

    Sort yourself out and start eating healthy and going to bed earlier so you wake up more refreshed in the mornings, and maybe going for a walk or a run around the block when you get up :) never skip breakfast and try not to snack in between meals :)

    Running is one of the best things to do & just exercising in general, but running is probably the most effective.
    You can’t just expect exercising to help though. You have to eat healthy too. Lay off the junk foods!(:

    WHAT THE I WISH I WAS YOU im 16 years old 5.11ft but im only 145lbs dude im serious work out and that fat will become muscle

    eat healty dont starve your self just eat healthy when your hungry and run often and lift some weights

    Look up to see how many calories you use in a day. If you eat 1000 calories less than that every day by counting all your calories of all your food every day, you will loose 2 pounds of fat a week, although your first week will probably be more. This is because there are 3500 calories in one pound of fat. Change chips to vegetables, and eat no sweets. Also drink plenty of water.

    well you should just go on a diet or something like that instead of eating chips eat strawberrys or a carrot. No matter how bad you want it allways take the veggies!!

    Ummm, can you email me a better picture, that one is really poor, or you should put a smaller, easier to understand picture, it depends on if you are fatter or smaller than I think, cause if your a no-muscul or not, no offense.

    I looked at the pic and it doesn’t look like you have gynecomastia. If you think that you have a problem with gynecomastia then you should see a doctor. I am 41 and last year I was 5’6" and weighed 208. My shape was worse than yours. I started a diet plan and now I am 162 lbs. It is not just important for you to lose weight but you have to shape up. If you are able to use the gym at your school I would suggest that you start a fitness and exercise program. You have to build muscle and eliminate fat.

    I lost the weight by eliminating all sweets, fried food, sodas and salty foods from my diet. I cut my portions in half and started walking everyday. I added fruits and vegetables and substituted them for desserts. I ate 5 times a day and never after 8pm. I just need to workout to firm up now.

    Your 5,6 which is very small and then your weight.
    So yes you are over weight. Its not an issue though. Dont know why people are teasing you cause i have actual FAT FAT FAT ROLL OVER people in my school, now they are tease worthy.
    Maybe its your insecurity and they can see this so tthey tease you more because they have found a weak spot.
    Dont eat your feelings like many love to do. Don’t loss yourself, be the better person. Even though food is like well fit.
    Get exercising, put your fingers down your throat. Do what needs to be done.
    No seriously your not that fat, i swear there was fatter people in America. Maybe all the fat Americans just come over to Britain.
    Just beat the little fuckers up. If your not a fighter then get someone else. If your not a "knower" then maybe it is time to loss weight. Like they say if you cant beat them then join them. Meaning become slimmer, you will be happy and more confident in yourself. x

    you sound big run and do exerise and try eating about 70 grams of sugar a day or less less is better
