If you want to grow them, I suggest you grow them naturally. If you don’t like the idea of going to the gym I recommend you do push ups and breast stroke swimming. I have made mine big just by these two activities. But I suggest you do them seriously and regularly to get best and fast result. Good luck!

You’re ill. Funny, but ill. If you’re REALLY chubby you will naturally have excess fat on your chest anyway. Either get fatter or work with what you have.
Gaining weight will add fat to that area but it will do so to everywhere else on your body as well, so that’s probably not going to work for you.
Frankly it’s not possible to get real breasts that include ductile tissue and what not without some sort of hormonal issue. (be it naturally occurring or artificially induced)
In other words without pills it’s not really possible.
You asked this before, and there is no way without pills or surgery to get permanent growth.
You could buy a breast pump and pump them so that they grow in volume because of added blood, but that’s temporary.
You could do a saline injection which is water under the skin and it’ll cause them to grow because of the added water, but it’s not 100% safe and it’s still temporary.
If you gain too much weight you will not find your wee-wee to masturbate or die of a heart attack in the process. Implants are the safest solution when done by a proper surgeon. Good luck!
