How to Get Rid of Man-Boobs Fast?

This is a pretty emberassing question for an emberassing situation. I have man-boobs , not big at all but still its emberassing wearing t-shirts. I am dieting and working out but cant seem to see a diffrence, Is there any exercises or anything I can do to get rid of them?? Any suggestions would greatly help

    If your over wt. stick with the diet, no other way. If your not over wt, go to the doctor it could be a hormone problem.

    resistance training…. weight lifting. anything that makes you feel the burn around your chest.

    anything that works your pecs- or, you can just flex those man boobs a lot during the day, when no one is watching, of course. make sure your diet helps too- no fast food for you!

    Push ups with your hands close together so it doesnt leave much space and getting a bowflew would help

    Don’t be a shamed,it’s a pretty common situation now a days.What I
    recommend you should do is start doing exercises specifically aimed

    watch what you eat. stay away from beef, pork and fried foods.
    park as far as way as possible when parking somewhere. walk instead of driving if you can bike.

    The only thing that you can do is lose fat. Any exercise such as sit ups and push ups will only tone the muscle underneath, but it will not remove the fat in your breast area. You need to do aerobic exercise a few times a week, and try to make healthy choices with your food. I know that you say that you are dieting and working out, but obviously something is not working and that is why there is no difference. Maybe you snack on something and extra calories are sneaking in that way. Just one day a week count your calories, don’t become obsessed but just make sure that you are not over-eating by a lot. Also, check out the link below. (Because, sometimes it is just puberty-but I don’t know how old you are…)

    no other way around it, a good healthy diet and exercise! start by changing your eating habits. do more cardio(running, biking) then weight lifting to start. a mistake most people make is to start with weights, but with that you will be adding muscle on top off body mass. loose the weight first then start toning by targeting the chest muscles.

    Yeah, they are a real pain. As many of your other answers have said, it’s mainly a weight problem. Unfortunately, fat on the chest seems to be the last to go when you’re dieting. But there’s also the possibility that you have underlying epithelial lactating tissue, a hangover from the hormonal imbalance that can set in at puberty.
    Exercises can help but they’ve got to be the right ones. Pushups won’t help, they exercise the triceps.
    When I had man boobs I used one of these programs of diet, special exercise and hormone regulation that you can buy for about $47. It takes a bit of time but the man knows what he’s talking about, so I’d recommend that.
