    Get the fuck out with ur diet comments, whoever that inented a programm such as a diet shud be shot in the head, most people gain more weight after their diet, a diet is something that u have to stick to for the rest of ur life, who the fuck wants to diet hes whole life? nowone can or is able to … for losing wait u have to eat way more times but little amounts of the food, and if its for losing weight do do muscle training excercises just runn or use a bike thats a fat burn machine :)

    @RobMonty1987 lies lol i used to have manboobs untill i got off my fat lazy ass and went jogging 5 times a week for an hour and a half each time and started doing weight sesions 3 times a week after the jogging only took 3 months aswell it was torture doing it but well worth it

    @rarrrrrr1 You were just fat then. Being overweight is different than actually having gynecomastia. Weight can be lost with exercise and even turned into muscle over time. Those with gynecomastia might also be overweight and able to improve the appearance of it by losing the weight that adds to it, but NOT the gynecomastia itself. It’s a commonly misunderstood diagnosis. The guy in this video would hardly make a dent with exercise, sad to say.

    But congrats to you for getting in shape man.

    This will actually make manboobs worse. It builds the muscle below the boob and makes them look even bigger. You need to tone the area in the middle not far below your neck. This will stretch the skin to pull up the ‘boobs’ If you also work on your sides by lifting weights directly up, this will stretch the skin around your sides.

    I would suggest either incline dumbbells or feet on a chair doing pushups with your arms forward and your hands together. This works the upper chest but also importantly, the inner section. This will stretch the skin and will support the ‘moob’ so that it will be flatter. Mixed with good fast cardio they will be gone in no time. Trust me, from a skinny guy with this problem it has worked wonders. No medicine/drugs/surgery, just a good few months of hard work.
