How Can I Tell if I Have Gynecomastia or Just Weird Nipples?
Im 20 years old, male and go to the gym a lot, i have a defined chest not fat (thought that might help) but with my nipples there not erect there kind of puffy, but when im cold they become erect, i really want them to stay erect all the time.
How can i tell if i have Gynecomastia or just weird nipples??

I know there definately not ***** tits because im a personal trainer and literally go to the gym everyday, i have qutie a muscualr chest its just my nipples i dont like

Sounds normal, and everyone’s nipples are different.
If you aren’t adverse to having your nipples pierced, that can make them seem erect all the time. Just remove the jewelry.

Are you on roids? If not then the chances of bitch tits is very remote.
Um doesn’t everyone have soft nipples if your not cold or frisky lol? Like my friend has really weird nipples but don’t think theres anything wrong with them…

It is pretty normal tho for them to puffy when warm and erect when cold…. how puffy are they?
I would think that they are normal because the cold doe’s tend to make your nipples stick out
