This is an unhappy 41 year old male who came to me after being unhappy with gynecomastia surgery done in NJ. He had growing breasts and I never operated on him. He then came back to me after having revision gynecomastia surgery done by a New York surgeon. This is a video of his experiences and a demonstration why you cannot rely on still pictures to document the quality of surgery. Flexing muscles shows the nature of the massive crater defect. Too much fat was removed from this chest. The extensive adhesions look bad on animation. That is why just looking at still photos is just not enough. I did not operate on this patient. His first surgery was done in New Jersey. The revision in NY. I saw him after each operation. After the first there were options for revision. After the second, all local resources were gone, removed by that second doctor.
