I have it in one side of my chest (the left side). Any guy who has it can tell you that there are virtually 0 physical complications caused by it, but the mental pain is enormous. I constantly have it run through my mind everyday. I dreaded skin checks during wrestling tournaments, weigh-ins with my shirt off, or… oh man… having to go swimming at a place where there are girls.

Those are a few pictures of what it is. Girls, would you still date a guy even though he has a chest like that?
I don’t really see a problem with it.
I think that this question is kind of like asking guys "Would you date a woman with small breasts" or "with one breast smaller than the other" You may get a few definite "No’s" but overall it doesn’t matter.
The woman would be dating you, not your chest (Or knees, or elbows, or shoulders or any other body parts)
I can understand it going through your mind everyday, but remember, while you’re worried about your chest, most women are worried about their chest, their nose, their thighs, their arms, their hair and their chins.
It doesn’t look bad at all? Kinda just looks like you have ‘pecs’, like those abercrombie models have.

That isn’t really noticeable. Depending on your weight it wouldn’t be noticeable at all. It being on one side is probably extra irritating, but women can be really self conscious about one boob being bigger than the other, so they may totally know where you are coming from (kind of), and there are so many people out there with ‘man boobs’ it probably wouldn’t phase people too much unless you were super skinny. Either way, no big deal, and I don’t think it would bother me at all.
Yes, I would date a male with Gynecomastia. Yours doesn’t look bad just a little chunky right there but you are definitely dateable.
Um dude you need a new doctor. I was interested to see this freekshow but was totally let down by seeing a normal looking guy.
