Gynecomastia Tumors

I think I might have breast cancer, but I'm not sure.?

As I am a man, I really did not tell family or friends. My nipple less painful to the touch and is a firm lump behind her. Im almost afraid to go to the doctor, I'd go, but I had 18 years and lost my insurance. I think is a form of gynecomastia, a noncancerous tumor of the breast. But again tried, and says nothing about tingling in touch. Please help if you can.
