Gynecomastia Shirts Vests
normal good clothes to hide Gynecomastia?
well am a boy of 15 who is like a bit out of shape. I have the body type of a kid, I have one or two additional books to be a bit lazy over the years. lol. However, recent years have been working hard and trying to get in shape and I lit my stomach my heart rate is always above. have not hang or anything just hit a little. I also think I have gynecomastia, because my nipples are hard and soft lumps under their them. I will continue to develop and things, but spring is coming, and I can not keep using sweaters to cover them. I want to start using T-shirts, but I want everyone to see my gynecomastia. There I can wear normal clothes under his shirt to keep? Do not use special compression cousin vests are expensive and difficult to explain to people if they see it. Is there any special training that you can do to reduce my gynecomastia? please help!
Just go to a plus size T-shirt – if that is what like to use. If you normally wear half – Go big or too large. It will be a little loose, but does not include details.
