For Male to Females or Girls Who Want Bigger Breasts!?

I am a Female to Male. I don’t want my breasts. I was wondering if it’d be possible to donate my breasts to a MTF or Girl who is currently small and would like to enhance their chest. Possibly give my breasts to a Breast cancer patient.
I ask because medical science does some fairly extreme things, such as a facial transplant. They even have nanosurgical procedures these days to splice and rejoin nerves and mircoscopic veins and arteries.
In fact I would go as far to ask if there is an MTF out there that would want ALL Of my female Sex organs in exchange for his male organs including his prostate gland. Through careful, I’m sure painful and Incredible lengthy surgery. Not to mention some DNA Reassignment (The removal of his sperm and my eggs. Extracting the DNA and exchanging it.)
Most would think this is wishful thinking. Is there someone out there who shares this vision and is there a doctor willing to take the chance on a possibly successful yet dangerous medical breakthrough
If you look at female and Male anatomy, my guess would be about 12 different operations, especially for a MTF because you have to make extra room for the ovaries, uterus and so on. A doctor with a steady hand and of course medication so the body doesn’t reject the new organs.
A FTM would be fairly easy. You remove the penis and balls from the MTF. Sew up the Vagina, remove any excess skin and fat. Then move the uretha up and etend in into the new penis, sew the penis on as well as the balls. Then you can transplant the prostate gland into the FTM run the proper tubing through to the testes and into the penis.
For a MTF it would be a bit more complicated, but I wouldn’t say impossible. You basically have to make room then you can transplant the ovaries and uterus into the wided space. Construct any nessasary tubing that sends the eggs to the uterus. Then you create the vagina. It’s not very detailed as I am not a doctor. But for the chance to have children I would go through anything
I am not post op. I have just started hormones.
If you share the same vision on this matter that I do and a doctor is willing to take this project on, please e-mail me at: crisodwolf@yahoo.com.

My other question is genetically creating these organs from your own stem cells. Then planting them into their proper places.

Stem Cell research and Transgendered surgery have made a very small connection. However it’s not at the top of the list for Stem Cell Researchers. Which are mostly interested in limb growing and dieases. Totally understandable. But the one thing standing between a transgendered and a "normal" person is the ability to bear children naturally.

So this is the issue I am addressing.
Look at what I just found Out, Read This: < ahref= "http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2004/11/041108011959.htm">Ovary Transplant</a>

YOU ARE SICK, YOU NEED SOME PROFESSIONAL HELP

  2. One step down from God says:

If you’re post-op, and on hormones, you shouldn’t have any breasts.
And the answer is no, you can’t do what you suggest.

This seemed like a bizarre question at first, but I figured it deserved consideration, as so many other organs are donated and transplanted. Breasts are different, however. They are composed almost entirely of fat, which is an easy thing to transplant or inject, even from another individual. If someone wanted larger breasts and/or just new ones (say after a mastectomy), they would probably use their OWN tissue, as lactation would not be a concern.

In most breast lifts/reconstruction, the nipple is the only part that suffers, usually needing to be removed and drawn on the breast (via tattooing) or removal and reattachment (in a breast lift).

The other issues you raised about donating other parts of your male anatomy are either too risky, as you said, or just not needed for full functioning (like the prostate, which is prone to its own set of problems, so who needs it?).

I would think that, aside from breasts, the thing most MTF’s would desire most would be a working vagina. I don’t know if you can donate the tissue from yours (since it’s often used to construct a "penis"). I’m assuming that you would want to use it for your own purposes after gender reassignment, no?
See the Wikipedia article below for general info on the breast. (1)

For more complete, professional info on this subject, visit link (2), which is likely to be less fraught w/legal and religious issues, as it’s a UK site (I’m assuming here, possibly wrongly, that Brits are less uptight than Americans).

So far, and I mean no disrespect, the only surgeons I can think of who would even DREAM of doing all that you suggest, at this point in time, are the ones on the show "Nip/Tuck"! But what the heck? It’s worth investigating! There has to be a first person for every procedure, right?

Personally, I’m counting on reincarnation to get the body I want! :P

    Best of luck to you!

Yeah, I saw that news item. A friend was wondering the same and tried to contact some place in Oklahoma that did the FTM thing, but they had closed or moved or something. Sounds like a lot for a little though, any transplant involves a lifelong regime of antirejection drugs and such. Good luck with your search though. Interesting little thing to look for, the body makes both male and female hormones, the balance is set by a general hormonal switch. It has been known from ancient times that castrate a man and he stays a man, but castrate a boy and he grows to resemble a girl. We know now that the male ‘switch’ had not yet been fully turned on by prepubescents. In some parts of the world they hope to properly identify the gender dysphoric before puberty because the change is far more complete and successful than those who have more to change.

Another thing to consider, viral injection gene therapy or stem cell research. In principle a stem cell could be any piece of tissue and we don’t have to kill babies (embryos) to have stem cells for everyone’s body makes their own (in the bone, lower layers of the skin, etc.). You have tissue that differentiated long ago, the famous g-spot in women would have developed into a prostate if the sex determination switch was flipped to male just a few weeks into your gestation. Of course, your X chromosome made the issue clear, but much of the originating tissue was not gender specific. If they can isolate the gene sequences that flip that switch, put it in a virus to reprogram your body, then maybe parts will start to modify to the new programming. Save your eggs if you can afford to (and they aren’t already damaged), Japanese researchers have made spermozoa from them in the last couple years. Amazing stuff being cooked in today’s genetics labs.
