Why is my chest (chest) wounded after a difficult year?
I train in tae kwon do four times a week, and every time my chest (breast area) hurts during and after training. I have abnormally large breasts as the other guys (I think his name gynecomastia). What is the cause pain? and most importantly, how to prevent it? I tried a compression sleeve, but does not work. I posted this in Men's Health … but I do not think I can help a lot.
This sometimes happens to me … I just think moving so … try a sports bra or a tight shirt with integrated support in it …
