Can I Lose Weight So a Girl Can Like Me?

Is there a way for a 13 year old, "5’0" fat guy lose 40 pounds and gain alittle more muscle without stunting my growth?
How can I lose my Male Gynecomastia (fat nipples)?

How can I get this girl to like me? We’re kinda friends but we only see each other in 1 class and on the bus. She’s my friends ex but he’s o.k. with it. She’s really a flirt (I’ll give some examples in additional details). And theres another guy after her who people say "SUPPOSEDLY" looks like me but shorter, fatter and younger.

I let her write on my arm and she drew some hearts and wrote "from: (her name) to: my teddy bear". She always tells me to give her a kiss on the cheek and she kisses me on the cheek. She was making a big deal to me that her flavored lip gloss tastes good. And stupid me tryed to come on to her too soon said "can I taste it?" and when she puckered up, I was saying in my head "OH your serious!!" so I went on with it and got closer when she blocked me saying she was just playing. By now I knows I like her but is she able to love me back?

    Well, start walking everyday, then jogging and finally running, I will start with walking an hour for one week, the second week try to walk for 50 minutes and do jogging for 10, and so on. Because you are super young, still a kid, you will lose weight really quick, dont do weight lifting, you can also, do some sit-ups and push ups, do them gradually; when it comes to weight loosing it is better to do it in short steps.
    Drink lots of water at least 8 glasses a day, eat more vegetables, and fruit like apples, watermelon, melon, pears…. No sodas, no candies, and no fast food, I guarantee you that with in a month you will see a huge difference.
    Good luck, but I hope this girl cares about you for who you are inside and not outside.

    ok basics first. keep your reps under five and you will see a awesome strength gain and if you want muscle to go with it just do 7-10 sets and keep the rest under 2 minutes. after doing that for 5 weeks then drop down to 5 sets and 3 minutes rest for between sets for 3 weeks and ramp up again. as far as protein goes the best is homemade. by that i mean no protein is really complete out of the container, with all the amino acids. the best one that my clients use is as follows. the body fortress protein at walmart is under 15 bucks so you can afford to use more of it if you use the following trick. mix the protein with 6-8 ounces of milk and add 1 whole egg. the reason you add an egg is that it has all the amino acids which make it a complete protein drink. also add some ground cinnamin that you can get at wally for less than 3 dollars for a 3 months supply. if you take 2 servings per day at around 50 grams per protein you will grow like a weed. also there are 2 great supplents at a great price. 1 is anabolic pump and the other is kre alkalyn creatine. get them at dpsnutrition.com follow this and in less than a month you will pass your freinds in strength and size easily and safely.

    dude truly, if she don’t like you the way you are then forget here…im sure there is so girl you know who has a crush on you and likes you just the way you are…if a person can’t aceept you are you the you dont need them.

    looking better may help you, but personality will win her over my brother. i suggest working on both… long distance running has been known to stunt growth so i suggest not to run long distances but run some and dont eat unhealthy food
